Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to use the Service. By using StockPing, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

We use mobile-number login: you sign in with a one-time password (OTP) sent over WhatsApp rather than a password. You are responsible for:

• keeping access to your registered mobile number and WhatsApp secure,
• the accuracy of the name, city, email, and demat broker details you provide at signup, and
• all activity that happens under your account.

Tell us immediately at admin@stockping.in if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

StockPing is an informational and analytical tool. Screeners, scanners, charts, price/technical alerts, and AI-generated summaries or impact ratings are provided to help you research the market — they are not investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security. See our Disclaimer for details. StockPing is not a SEBI-registered investment adviser, research analyst, or stock broker, and nothing on the Service creates an advisory relationship between you and StockPing.

• The Free plan is available indefinitely with the features listed on our pricing page.
• Paid plans (Plus, Pro) are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout; prices shown are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• New users get a 7-day free trial on paid plans (or the limited-period offer advertised on the homepage, where applicable). No charge is made until the trial ends.
• You can cancel anytime from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds, where offered, follow the window stated in our FAQ/pricing page at the time of purchase.

Prices, filings, fundamentals, and other market data are sourced from exchanges (NSE/BSE) and third-party data providers. We aim for accuracy and low latency but do not guarantee that data is complete, error-free, or delivered without delay. Do not rely solely on StockPing for time-sensitive trading decisions.

You agree not to:

• scrape, resell, or redistribute data or content from the Service without our written permission,
• reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or access controls,
• use the Service to violate any applicable law, including securities regulations, or
• interfere with the Service's operation or other users' access to it.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The Service, its design, software, and original content (excluding third-party market data) are owned by StockPing and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the Service only as permitted by these Terms.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, and may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StockPing and its team are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on data, alerts, or AI-generated analysis. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, or as required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service.
